Kauai Island in Hawaii
Kauai Hawaii | Kaua'i or Kauai is one of the most beautiful Island in the world. Kauai is the island of the 4th largest in Hawaii. The island has an area of 1.446 km². Also known as the "Garden Isle". Kauai lies 105 miles or 170km across the Straits of Kaua'i, southwest of Oahu.
The
island of Kauai is derived from the volcano, the highest peak on this
mountainous island is Kawaikini at 1.598 m (5.243 ft). The second
highest peak is Mount Waialeale near the center of the island, above m
above sea level. It is the wettest place on Earth, with average rainfall
of 460 inches annual (11.700 mm), located on the East side of Mount
Waialeale. The high annual rainfall has eroded deep valleys in the middle of the mountains, carving the gorge with waterfalls. more info : Kauai Wikipedia.
